Nature-Based Stay Near Bergen
Grimen Camping is a traditional campsite established in 1951, located close to Bergen. Here, you can unwind in scenic natural surroundings while still having the city within easy reach—the bus stops right outside, making it easy to get to Bergen city centre without a car.
During the summer season (June–August), the reception is open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Outside the high season, and when the reception is closed, we offer self-service check-in, with all information and access codes sent by email on the day of arrival. Since 2022, Grimen Camping has been under new management, and we welcome you to a cosy retreat for those who enjoy freedom, nature, and life on the road.
